Job responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive software support, including monitoring, maintenance, and data analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
• Oversee the execution and commissioning of system-related projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist customers with software-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for customers (all DISCOs), to enhance their understanding and use of the software.
• Offer system support and assistance to Metering and Testing (M&T) teams across Pakistan, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed for success.
