Wiring of any PLC is one of basic task in PLC Programming. There are two way of wiring any PLC input side.
1: Sink wiring
2: Source wiring
First of all we discuss about the sink wiring. In this wiring we connect the Postive terminal of the Powe supply with S/S (Sink/Source Pin) or in SIEMENS 1M Pin as below in diagram
The Source wiring is in which we connect the Negative – terminalof the Power Supply with S/S (Sink/Source Pin) or in SIEMENS 1M Pin as below in diagram
