Job Descriptions: 

The person shall be responsible for the following matters;
 Assist the Technical Manager to provide an efficient and courteous technical support to clients and
team
 To set up sound equipment, screen, cables and lights as required by customers.
 Report and repair, where possible, all faults in order to provide a safe environment for all customers
 Coordinate with clients to install systems on‐site and implement and provide technical support to
customers
 Teach the client how to use the system
 Read blueprints to determine how to best install the components and wiring
 Test all systems and troubleshoot any issues
 Support fully stocked working tool cabinet, including, tapes, cable ties, screws, and all standard
ancillary equipment.
 Carry out any other duty which falls within the general range of responsibilities.

 Outspoken and Confident ; must be able to handle customers quires
 Strong interpersonal and ethical morals
